All custom-made handcrafted accessories are subject to maximum of 1-2 weeks processing time upon order receipt.
Shipping Lead Time
We have express and standard shipping options available, All the orders subject to shop order value policy and will be given the standard shipping option. Orders that are subjected to express shipping will be shipped out on priority basis.

Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and free from any damage or alterations. Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return, unless there was an error on our part.
Return Process
Contact our customer support team at support@mbraceonline.com.au to initiate a return. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable. Package the item securely in its original packaging, including any accompanying documents or certificates, and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
refund & exchange support
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above. If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method or offer an exchange for another item of equal value, based on your preference. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
